ONGOING WARRANTY PROCEDURE
As part of a Group-wide restructuring plan, it has been announced that Actebis UK is to withdraw from the UK market.
In order to protect our customers and fulfil our warranty obligations, we have instructed Dynamic World Cargo to handle your warranty returns. From 1 September 2007, the procedure will be as follows:
- If you wish to return faulty product previously purchased from Actebis UK, send an e-mail to rma_pc@actebis.com stating the following information: name of your company, your customer account number, your preferred contact details, the Actebis part number and serial number of the product that you are returning, the date and number of the invoice that we issued you for the product, and a brief description of the fault.
- Following validation, you will be sent an RMA number specifically for these items.
- Package the faulty items carefully, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and send it to the following address:

- Dynamic World Cargo will not accept any boxes which do not clearly state the RMA number on the outside.
- You will be notified promptly whether you are to get a replacement item or a credit note as normal.
